Daugherty is a culture of collaboration. We strive to maintain a supportive culture by connecting our employees at all levels of our organization. At times, it may be challenging for consultants to find the resources they need or find other consultants to assist them on specific technologies. Whether you’re on the bench waiting to begin a new engagement or have been at an engagement for a while, there is always a need to build stronger relationships with your peers, leadership, and our clients.

The theme of this year’s Hackathon is focused on Consultant Support, Collaboration, Culture and Engagement. We are offering teams an opportunity to work on something new and exciting. We want you to be eager to create unique solutions that showcase your skills. Whether your team creates an app that helps to manage internal happy hours or design an organizational chart for our clients, your insight, talent and solutions will have a positive impact here at Daugherty.
